Stay in Touch/Follow-up on Networking Calls

I've been networking with alumni the past few months and building relationships. I was wondering what the best way is to maintain a relationship and shoot someone another email to chat again after a couple months or so. I was thinking something along the lines of:

Hey ____

Earlier this year we discussed your experience at ____ bank as a ____. Since then, I have started an internship with ____ firm, and have reached out to other alumni at ____ bank. I was hoping to hop on the phone again to discuss how your work has been, and any additional advice you may have for me. I understand this is a busy time for you, so I would be happy to accommodate anytime that works best for you.

Best,

____

Any thoughts?
