Stifel Financial Corp

I have a phone interview for an associate position at Stifel and I was wondering if anyone who works there could shed a little more light on the firm. What is the culture like? What are some standard interview questions? What kind of candidates are they looking for (skills, background, etc.)? Any other general experience you had at or with the firm would be great as well.
