Stifel Nicolaus FT

So Stifel Nicolaus reached out to me asking me to fill out an application for their up coming superday. They said i can only choose ONE location preference (Baltimore, Bethesda, New York, San Francisco & St. Louis)

Strategically, which office would up my chances, I really have no location preference i'm more interested in the company and the work i'll be doing not where i'll be doing it. But i would much rather be 1/100 applications and not 1/1000 if i chose NYC.

i think most of their bankers are in NY.

Whats ur background in (tech, HC, consumer)?

If you have a tech or consumer background i would pick SF.

for HC NY

i think St. Louis does pretty much all FIG

anything else Baltimore - i believe they are generalist.

I would tailor it to your industry background or any deals you worked (if any) on during ur previous internships.
