Summer 07 Internship

I am seeing if anyone can help me out with my summer internship goal?

I am currently an Economics student at the University of Utah. I completed an internship in NYC with a boutique investment bank.

My roles were: -Creating buyer/contact lists for potential strategic or PE/VC buyers. -Reached out to executives at potential buyers, trying to create some kind of dialog that our team could develop. -I played a small role in modeling and company projections. -Helped prepare pitch books and CIM's

The bank was small enough that I worked hand-in-hand with the partners and managing director. And because of the size I was included on many conference calls and in-person meetings with company executives.

I have always been facinated with banking. Now, speaking with some real world experience, I can say that my passion is to be an investment banker.

My goal this upcoming summer is land an internship within one of the "bigger" banks. Especially a bank that hires out of their summer interns. Can any of you bankers help me out with my goal?

I would love to start a conversation with any of you that can help me "get my foot in the door"
