Summer 2021 Recruiting- Am I fucked?
I am a current junior at a NESCAC with a middle of the road GPA and experience in ER at a long-only fund, trying to get a SA spot in IB/ER. Networked hard, but have been striking out with any interviews/leads for 2021, and with time ticking down I have no idea what to do. Besides a few leads at boutiques have no other prospects for interviews coming up. Any advice is welcome and greatly appreciated.
Start looking at FT opportunities for summer 2022. It's basically too late for 2021.
