Summer internship application Credit Suisse

Hi everyone,

I'm currently applying for the IBCM summer analyst position at Credit Suisse, but I have a couple of questions I was hoping some of y'all could help me with:
1- In the application form there's a space to upload required documents, one of them being reference letters. What kind of reference letter are they looking for? Former employer, professors?

2- How much attention does CS pay to GPA? I have a pretty decent GPA from a pretty decent school (Georgetown SFS) but it's definitely not the best. Would it be immediate rejection just on account of GPA?

Thanks in advance!
