Summer Internship in London - ER/ECM (Advisory)

Hello, 

I am an Italian guy currently studying the MiF at ESSEC and I applied to Summer Internships during the past months. My medium-term objective is to make a career in Equity Advisory. I reached AC at R&Co for Equity Advisory just to be waitlisted. Now, I have some other AC's for Equity Research: I applied because I did it previously in a hedge fund and I think skills are still relevant for Equity Advisory so that I can transition later (I saw many EA people that were former ER, IB goes as well).

Among the AC's I would like to have your opinion on Summer Internship at RBC in Equity Research. Does it sound good to have? Or, given my objective, is better to do directly an Off-Cycle in ECM/Equity Advisory? If I take it, Is it strong enough to target a great Off-Cycle later, in terms of brand name?

As I said I am in the process with other banks too for both IB and ER, but I just can't make my head on RBCCM
