Summer Internship overseas (International Student)

Hello everybody,

I am a french student studying at Orange Coast College (JC in California). I finished my freshman year with a 3.75 GPA and received the honors from the school. My sophomore year starts next week but i'm already looking for an internship in a big bank during next summer. Because of my Visa, I cannot do my internship in the US. But I can do it in anywhere in Europe.

What are my chances considering i'm at a JC? It's ranked in the top Junior Colleges in the country but it's only a two year school. I want to transfer to a school that has a good reputation for IBs, VCs and PEs.

If any of you guys have done an internship overseas in the past, I would love to talk to you and hear more about your experience.

Thank you!
