Superday, asking the same questions to all interviewers?
Is it okay to ask the same questions to all interviewers considering it is kind of tough to think of 3 or 4 different questions for each of the 4 different interviewers?
Well do realize they all meet up and discuss at the end, whether they discuss what questions are asked, not sure.
Depends on the question. If its a specific question i'd say absolutely not, unless the first person couldnt' asnwer it. If its something that lends itself to varied opinions or is person-specific (ie: "what the hell are you doing here") then go ahead.
i generally asked pretty opened ended questions to all interviewers such as
tell me about your career progression what do you know now that you wish you knew when you were in my seat etc.
