SWE considering switch into FinTech
A recruiter contacted me and said he could get me a position in FinTech for much higher pay (something in the range $250k-300k). Is this accurate? I really like building software and am happy to work more than 40hrs. Does anyone know what the work is like on a technical level? I'm very interested in performance analysis and optimization but also want to write features as well.t
