Taleo Talent Exchange-Y/N

Anyone familiar with/signed up for Taleo Talent Exchange? I don't know too much about it-basically, Taleo is a recruiting software used by the most companies when you apply online. It's the annonying, tedious part where you have to fill out work history, supervisors, addresses, phone #'s, etc. It gets very redundant.

Anyways, apparently you can create an account with Taleo Talent Exchange, and fill in that shit one time, and then each time you apply with a company that uses their program, it will auto-fill. It sounds great, but I don't know about the privacy stuff.

Has anyone used this, or are there other apps(Google Chrome user/iphone) that are better? Thanks
