Talking to people who speak too fast?
Just finished talking with an alum - I honestly thought I was talking to Busta Rhymes. He talked really fast and sometimes with a really quiet voice. On two occasions, I asked him to repeat what he said.
Do you guys have any tips with talking to people like that?
p.s. It wasn't a FT interview, so don't worry. Just a get-to-know-me chat.
Are you from the South? This is actually a common complaint I hear when people move to the northeast.
