Target and Nothing Else

As said above, I'm applying with just a university brand name, test scores, probably an interesting backstory and fuckall else. I didn't do any extracurriculars during college and variously switched what I wanted to do to the extent that I never got the proficiency in any one area to really excel in my classes. Because of that my ending GPA is pretty bad for WSO standards (3.2). Both the last two summers I did completely unrelated jobs in agriculture and healthcare, and the two years before that was occupied with traveling, women and COVID. My network is nonexistent, which I mostly attribute to social anxiety from feeling like an inferior candidate, and COVID. I'm trying to remedy that in my last semester (this one) but I'm not betting on it.

I have a pretty wide skillset (tech, math, chemistry lol) but besides some theory and self study I don't have any experience with finance. I've been looking at IB boutiques and equity research since from what I know they have the most insane hours and therefore the most potential to improve as soon as possible, but honestly I'd take recommendations for anything similar if those are out of my scope at this point.
