Big thanks to all who replied... I took your advice and nixed the security & bartender jobs, broke out the study abroad, and broke up the long list under my military experience.
I do not believe the University of Florida is a target school for banks, which is a negative considering you do not have any financial internship experience. However, I think with the combination of your GPA, working 40+ hours while in school, and being in the armed forces will allow you to stand out.
remove the jobs as a security guard and a bar... and just put that as a bullet under your schooling... Something to the effect of worked 40 hours a week to contribute to tuition.
I would make the studied abroad... a different section in education. Add your grades, courses taken and that you worked to contribute to tuition as well.
If you were in the army for four years... did you get promoted etc? I would try to chart that progression in your resume, if that did happen.
I would add relevant coursework taken. Under Richmond/UF points for your education.
Work on your formatting. That is one long-ass list under your military experience section. It'd be nice if you could break it up.
the last 3 lines under the additional skills & training must be moved closer to the top. They show a proven record of leadership and excellence and you need that to be one of the first things the person reading your resume sees.
Drop the bartending and security guard. I wish you the best of luck, im not sure how banks look apon people who were in the military before college but at the very least you have something interesting to talk about during an interview.

So many things wrong with this resume, but so much potential. As someone say bartending and security guard is bull, get rid of that. ESPECIALLY the bartending experience. I was going to say that you had a pretty shitty parcours, and you didn't stand a chance. Then I realized you were in the military; if I was checking your resume I would have tossed it away after reading about your security guard gig. I would put the military stuff right under education to make it stand out. Now it's almost 10 PM, I have to wake up at 5 to be in extra early at the office. I'd love to give you more advice, but in the meantime all I have to say is: please redo it entirely, and make sure you get 100 more views on this resume. THe formatting is shit as well. You can mention the security guard thing, one line will be enough. No need to glorify the job, I used to be a lifeguard and I picked up shit when someone would shit in the pool. I didn't right on my resume: Responsible for the safety of patrons by safeguarding the pool from toxic waste. You get the gist.

What did you do for all of 03 - 04?? Pretty big time gap. Highlight military experience and shift towards finance with all of your certifications. As listed above this format is not any good.
calling it "additional skills and training" is fine. List relevant coursework possibly??
It just seems that you have a very different background than most people and this can be a positive or a negative. Try to highlight your interest in finance and why you are making this career change.

why dont you put Experience above Professional Development?
I would follow CDN's advice and put your work experience above any other stuff like professional development. Also, there HAS to be a way you can pare down that list under your naval experience. To be honest, 90% of bankers will look at it and say 'shit, that's too long to read' and toss your resume aside.
Bankers give your resume a look for about 1 minute and decide very quickly. Keep things brief, even if you think you are leaving a few things out. Think PowerPoint rules- say more with less. With only one page you don't need to give them a life story, just the key facts. With a 3.8 GPA, international experience on three continents, and a very good GPA at a respected (but nontarget nonetheless) school, you should get some resume looks and interviews. At the interviews you can delve deeper.
