Hope everyone had a good weekend. I am currently a second year analyst at a RE PE shop, and while I'm pretty happy in my current role, was contemplating testing the waters after the bonuses come in.
The main reason is that it appears jobs are coming back, and this might be a good opportunity to get rewarded well for making a switch. Has anyone else tested the waters and what was the outcome? Curious.
