Third Party Assessment of My Future Career Paths in Finance

Hi,

I graduated from the University of Georgia (BA) with a 3.14 cumulative GPA and 3.50 major GPA (Finance). I had a summer internship at an obscure boutique IB in Atlanta, Georgia and have been working as a Project Management Analyst at a huge multi-national for about a year. The work is not challenging at all and I am interested in getting into a more finance-related role. Really looking for any advice on where/what I should be targeting. I like numbers and I like models. I also find the intricacies of the market fascinating. Any advice welcome.

Also interested in learning ways to boost my value to potential employers. I realize that my GPA leaves much to be desired. In school, I was only motivated to study for challenging courses and the rest I would get B's in. Have been working on this since graduation. No excuse, but there it is.
