This fall: non-profit consulting group or AM (going for SA)

I'm a junior at a non-target in NYC, right now I have an offer from a local non-profit group which essentially consults and lends to micro finance institutions. There's some financial work involved but not a lot, it's more general business analysis affairs. It's a cool group I'd like to be a part of however it would take up my free time at would likely not allow me to have a more serious internship at a larger bank.

I have had several interviews for all AM fall part time internships but so far haven't heard anything, still trying for more though. If I turn down the offer from the local group I run the risk of not getting anything.

My goal is an SA position within a BB preferably in S&T (long shot I know). Which would give me the better advantage? I don't really have much other financial experience on my resume apart from some student clubs and a student investment fund.
