I can shed some light on #1 on your list. Portfolio Monitoring is a broad term/role, especially in PE - it's definitely not front office and can be middle or back office depending on the firm/role.

Without knowing the details it's tough to give advice, but 4 and 3 seem the most interesting and will possibly set you up for even better things in the future. I'm still a youngling, so take this with a grain of salt.
