While I agree with the above that I only recently heard of Citizen’s investment bank, I believe they are growing quickly and it could be a great place to learn for an internship. At the end of the day, they will teach you similar stuff compared to any other investment bank, and if you don’t like it after the internship the experience will help you find another opportunity elsewhere.

The answer depends entirely on context.  Are you choosing between Citizens and watching pornhub all summer, or are you choosing between Citizens and Evercore?  FWIW they've been pushing very aggressively to grow their banking team over the years, largely through M&A (Bowstring, Western Reserve, JMP, DH Capital). I like the folks I've met there.
