thoughts on full-time/lateral recruiting into IB (from credit)?

Hello! I'm currently a junior at a target school and I decided pretty late in the game that I wanted to recruit within finance. I'll be working at a BB next summer on the credit team, which I know is very very different from IB and would be p hard to relate my credit experience with IB. I understand that most of the full-time spots go to the SA, but how likely is it for me to be able to make that leap by senior year? Do you have recommendations for how I can optimize my chance of getting interview for full-time IB? Reaching out to network w people within IB (or would that be sus?) Trying to do a internship more related to IB in the spring? Thank you!
