To hang or not to hang bullets?
I used the resume format from http://www.lifeclever.com/give-your-resume-a-face…, and they did not hang bullets. The reasoning was that it increases skimability given the 20 second lifespan of the resume. Do you agree or would you toss that resume?

They didn't even USE bullets in the job descriptions... that in itself decreases skimability =p

I've had an issue w/ bullet formats on my resume since I've had to insert a bullet symbol if I want to use it after text on the same line and it doesn't quite align w/ other bullets (although close).
Example (Not formatting correctly, but bullets should "look": Widget Factory 2012 Widget Factory Analyst • Analyzed widget cost structure • Added color to widgets Additional: ● CFA Level III Candidate ---- this line's bullet

Use tab and you shouldn't have a problem. Or use the ruler at the top to align the bullets.
I do try to use the ruler to align but I can't get it to exactly align w/ it.
Hold alt when using the ruler for fine adjustments.
