Looking to recruit for 2022 and was just wondering any tips to improve networking. For some reason I feel like I drive the conversations when we talk about shared interests and try to dig by asking questions about their interests (just cause im curious) and am worried I am coming off as too eager or simply weird and would rather fix this sooner than later. Any tips?
