Top pure-play boutique or BB?

Need to choose an offer between a TMT pure play boutique (small team, fast tracked for promotion, pay is comparable, deep immersive learning experience) vs BB TMT team (well known global brand, bigger peer class to learn from each other but also tougher competition, slower promotion, potentially more mundane tasks but also exposure to bigger deals). How should I think about in deciding to take which one?
