Transfer to Ivey or masters

Hi,
I am entering 4th year at UWaterloo in math program and have 81 average. I have also had a front office internship as trading analyst for a big AM firm. I want to pursue IBD and am coming to realize that Waterloo may not be the best school for IBD at all. I am in 4th year at this point, should I focus on targeting for masters in a better target school or transfer to IVEY to do my HBA from Western?
Thanks,

Can you even transfer? From what I've heard only second years can transfer in to Ivey. If you're planning on going in to first year Ivey then I'd say don't bother. Keep working AM, get an MBA then break in to IBD.

I interned there but didnt get full time return offer from them. Also, I will apply fulltime this september for Canadian banks but my hopes are not super high because 50% of their analyst class size is intern class. In this case does master make more sense than Ivey?
