Transfering to London or Hong Kong Office?

Hi I'm currently in IB working in NY. I am interested in transferring offices, either to London or HK, ideally or a year or two to have experience working internationally. I originally am from Singapore but would think working in London would be nice.

Anyone have experience with this or have any insights in general? Thank you in advance.
