Transition from fixed income to ER (or Asset Management)
Would working as an investment analyst or an investment specialist in fixed income (primarily corporate investment grade money market securities and government & agency securities) provide meaningful work experiences for ER or Asset Management (equity mutual funds or global macro hedge funds)? Would it be better to use the time to get an MSF or MBA degree (from a third tier B-School)?
