Trouble trying to lateral -- Suggestions?

Hi guys,

I am currently a first year analyst at a F500 firm in a capital markets / FP&A role. Although I've only been at my firm since the summer, due to unforeseen circumstances it is clear to me that I need to lateral out of my current position sometime in the near future. I have been sending out my resume for a month or so now and haven't got any traction thus far, which was surprising to me because I have built up some good transaction/finance experience in the short time I have been at my current job. I am looking to transition into a tech company/late stage start-up in SF in a corp finance or corp dev role. I am currently in a west coast city relatively close to SF and my current job is tech focused. I have tried looking for headhunters without much result, does anybody know of any recruiters in this space? A lot of the ones on this site (Glocap et al) only want to focus on IB analyst lateraling to PE. I have friends at startups that have started to circulate my resume but to no avail thus far.

Quick summary of my current resume -

Semi-target undergrad - not Ivy, but well respected
BB PWM and boutique IB internships
~6 months solid corp finance experience with high level of responsibility
