Would you ever consider putting a logo/picture of yourself on a resume? This would be for a job that you have almost 0% chance at getting, and you simply want your resume to be looked at.
If a recruiter/analyst requests your resume via e-mail, and you've sent it in - how long would it take for them to get back to you, if at all?
