Two Sigma: earnings potential?

Does anyone know what the earnings potential is at Two Sigma? I've heard that you can make 200 first year there, but can it go up quickly after that? How does it compare to other hedge funds and prop trading firms (quant or not)? I think they have about 5 billion in assets, but how much the two co-managers make isn't published online anywhere.

They're an elite quant hedge fund, just one notch below RenTech and D.E. Shaw. I only know one guy who works there, and he's one of the smartest people I know (#1 computer science student at MIT, worked at Microsoft and D.E. Shaw). $200K seems about right for a first-year. From what I've heard the two main partners make around $20 million/year, but this is just pure hearsay from a guy in the business.
