UK/Irish Student in New York

Quick question I'm Irish and I'm hoping to study management science and information system studies in Trinity College in Dublin. Its probably one of maybe 5/6 courses in Ireland that have people in IB over in London. To get into the course you have to get 85% in your final secondary school (high school) exams. The course is basically 60% maths (calculus & statistics to be specific), 25% business and finance and 15% computer programming. How does this sound for a front office job? I Know that the BB's sponsor H1B's but would they be mainly from Asia and the Middle East or is there any chance of applying for internships in New York and actually being accepted as an Irish Student or would I be stuck to London (not that thats bad!). Is there any Irish people in New York in IB Thanks
