I included general bullet points over the role that I’m in, then specified that I am an incoming intern. I don’t think including an upcoming internship would look bad since recruiting is speeding up now and you need every advantage.

 

Assuming you are opting for a position in 2022 you should indicate that. IIRC it should specify in the GS app that the '22 is referring to a position in that year.
