UNC or Dartmouth?
I have been admitted as a Freshman to UNC Chapel Hill and Dartmouth, and would love some industry perspective on whether or not there is a discernible difference in recruiting opportunities from the two schools. How significant is it that I could attain a business-centric degree as an undergrad at Kenan-Flagler as opposed to Dartmouth's liberal arts curriculum? I am particularly interested in Asset Management rather than IB or consulting, so I would appreciate any specifically pertinent input.
Didn't you have to choose by May 1st?
You can't beat the Ivy League pedigree, even if you can't get an undergrad business degree from most schools there. I would choose Dartmouth because of the wealth of opportunities it gives you.
Dartmouth by far. Its an easy choice and a no brainer. Wide variety of opportunities and a fiercely loyal alumni network cannot be beaten.
