Unsure of the Future

Hey Everyone,

Long time lurker first time poster. I'm here in need of some advice. Currently, I am interning at a top non-NY group, which has great placement to PE and I love my intern class. The hours have been pretty normal (85-100), and the deal flow in the group is insane. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get an offer after my mid-summer review, and I feel like I fit into the group pretty well. However, I just don''t know if I really like the group culture itself. The associates are all b-school hires and don't seem to add a ton, the analyst class are kinda anti-social and don't really seem interested in interacting with us, and I have been being recruited hard by both boutiques that pay better and MBBs the past few weeks. I'm not really sure what I want out of the next few years (re: exit opportunities), so I don't know what to do.

How do I figure out what is the right decision to make? How does any 21 year old kid "know" if they want to do PE or anything like that?
