alright boys - 2 offers from completely different positions/ career paths both in NYC 1. commercial mortgage broker at a reputable firm - (apparently) huge upside on commission but the base is so low I would be on ramen noodles at first. I also like that it has potential buyside exit opps (thoughts)
2. Sales at a top 3 fund administrator - significantly higher base and decent but not as astronomical upside. I like the people better but I'm not sure if there are any significant exit opportunities/ what career trajectory it would put me on.
Please help fellas, i need to make a decision today
