Urgent IB job advice

I need some help, anyone who has an opinion please provide.

I am graduating this upcoming December. My summer internship offered me a Full time job that would start in Jan of 2023 right after graduation, for one reason or another while I liked working there, I have been looking for better opportunities. There are a lot of rotational programs or analyst programs (Think IB analyst programs or finance rotational programs)  that start in the summer of 2023 that I would rather be in. I have a job offer from one of those analyst programs starting in june/july 2023. Could I rejoin the company I did my summer internship in Jan 2023? Work for a few months and pick up a paycheck. Quit and start the desired rotational programs or analyst programs.

I am worried that through a background check they would see I worked at my summer internship full time and used them. I kinda need some form of a paycheck to keep my going through those months to support myself. Would my offer be revoked if they found out?
