Hey Guys,
I recently got an internship offer at a PE FoF. I will be sitting in on the fund manager pitches and meetings. They told me that they meet on average 1 manager per day. I was wondering how possible is it to use these connections to transfer to Direct PE? Would it be bad etiquette to invite the managers that pitch the firm for lunch to learn more about their firm? Thanks for insight.
