Using Different Schools OCR

From a recruiter point of view, is this frowned upon? Students probably frown on this, but I've landed 0 interviews anywhere so far. A friend at a regional semi target gave me her OCR log in. I will in no way apply to the listings through her OCR/ upload my own resume but just email the contact they list and give a brief 3-4 sentence paragraph selling myself and attaching the resume. There's no possible way for my friends OCR to get cut off

Completely fine the way you described it, though if recruiter is specific to just a few schools, she could ask where you got her info.

The firms can elect whether or not to include contact info and most seem to chose to do so.
 

i think that's fine. i've heard stories where people at my school didn't get chosen for an interview and showed up anyway to talk to the recruiter and ended up convincing the recruiter they're worth 30 minutes of their time. in my opinion, stuff like that is super ballsy - but, i'm guessing you don't have much to lose.
