Using Industry Knowledge (Healthcare) to Land a Job
I am applying to jobs in corp finance, IB, ER, with a strong target of working in healthcare. I read a lot of books on new life science tech and have read many company 10k's in the field, specifically in one subindustry. How should I leverage this knowledge to land entry level roles? I have been writing some ER reports and sending them with my applications, but that hasn't been helping. Is there something that I could do for an FP&A type of a role? Ultimately, I believe it's people who are passionate about their work that succeed in the long run, so I am trying to show that I am more than just a numbers guy.
