Vacation in Europe or Keep Applying?
So I'm looking for a new job right now, coming from a HF that I recently left. Assuming I have 5 months of pay, I've been thinking about traveling for 3 weeks in November, however I am actively applying for new jobs. Do you think that it would be detrimental to do this trip for this long? I'm 100% going for at least 1 week, but I'm worried about getting to a point where I get called in for an interview (or an offer!) and then have to say I won't be available for the rest of November because I already had a trip planned.
Is this stupid, or something that is a legitimate concern? The trip will go from 2nd week of Nov to Thanksgiving.
Appreciate any help/insight.
