Vanguard Advanced Development Program

Does anyone know anything about Vanguard's advanced development program (VADP)?

Info from Vanguard's website: "Over 15 months, you'll be placed in four rotating positions. You'll start working directly with our investors, then move into tasks to hone your project management and data analysis skills. Your final two rotations will help you develop skills that align with your career interest, whether it be investment analysis, leadership, client relationship management, sales, or financial planning. "
