I would suspect virtual recruiting is handled virtually. Total guess though!
I don't know enough about regular recruiting to comment accurately, but, at my campus, resume drops are done online (thus virtually). So, once again, how does this differ?

Credit Suisse has a "virtual recruiting" portal where you can log in and chat with current employees online, watch videos, etc. etc. That is likely what they mean.
