Have an upcoming interview with a BB coverage group. First round so early stages, but coming from a MM M&A industry group. Role is for a lateral as a junior VP. Haven't interviewed since associate level in a while.
Anyone have insight into the overall process? Is it that different from the associate level, except they drill into deals more? Curious if anyone has been through a lateral VP process with a BB. Thank you!
