I interviewed late last week for an associate position at a BB and sent thank you e-mails the next morning. Each of my interviewers e-mailed me back, wishing me luck, etc. However, the one most directly responsible for making a decision told me they'd get back to me soon "with next steps." That sounded positive, but I haven't heard back yet. Is it too early to be worried?
