Want internships but my school has no summer...no spring no nothing

I just started my BS in Finance. My goal is investment analysis, asset management, etc. Not a prestigious school but tracking for a 4.0. Thing is, I know i need at LEAST 1 internship/program and they all have one bothersome word...SUMMER. My school is online and they don't really care what season it is you sorta just keep going until 3.5 years is done and you have a BS. While I can't think of a reason having my degree already would be a problem, a lot of these programs list a future graduation date (specific range here) under requirements. What do I do? I can't quit my job for a internship mid degree because my employer pays for a ton of my school. Ideally, I'd want to work for JP, BofA, MA, UBS, basically the established guys.
