"We Will Bring You In" Follow Up

So I had 2 phone interviews over a week ago with 2 BB both said they came across my resume and so we had a very short (10 minute) phone interview and they both mentioned that they are very interested and wanted to bring me in to meet the team and will follow up soon. Well it has been over a week and I haven't heard from either. Knowing that I essentially am going on to the final interview when is the appropriate time to follow up. I know these people are busy and I am trying not to annoy them.

Id follow up Tuesday morning. Mondays are usually a little bit hectic, giving you a better chance of getting ignored.

But I'm trying to make sure I dont fall through the cracks

Just send them a thank you email if you havent already reiterating your interest in the position. Early in the week to me seems better as hiring decisions aren't extremely time sensitive. At the end of the week a lot of guys might just look at it and say "ehhh lets just push that to next week" and forget about it.
