Hi all,
I am currently weighing two job offers. One is Big 4 Consulting role. The other is an IB team in Structured Finance (think Mizuho, SMBC, BNP Paribas). The IB role has a higher base and work I am more interested in, but I am concerned about rep/exits. Will I be able to lateral to a better bank for an associate role later on? Would appreciate any insights.
