What are the expected returns for traders who trade with their own salary?
Most traders are pretty good at making money. Some firms allow their traders to trade with their own money.
Average experienced quant trader gets about £200,000 in compensation. If they were to use their salary to trade out of work hours, what returns would they expect (as a percentage or absolute figure over say 10 years?).
