What is the CVP Analyst program like? How strong is training?

Hi, CVP 2024 SA here. How strong are the CVP summer analyst and FT programs? I heard you don't touch models the first year, is that true? Basically trying to get a sense of how much mentorship and experiential learning there is. Also, for those considering exits, how has it been trying to recruit out of CVP?
