What is wrong with me?

Hey there,

I'm currently at a BB in my 2nd yr (not IB) and have been on the job hunt for the past few months. I've interviewed at some of the top places including a few megafunds (think BX, etc) and several of very prestigious HFs. It's really killing me that even though I landed one offer (which I ended up turning down), I am not doing so well in terms of closing the deal with other offers. I am kind of losing hope and am now looking to transition to a different division internally... But really, how do I motivate myself again to go get that PE/HF offer? How do I brush up on my interviewing skills? After rounds and rounds of interviews, I feel like I am sounding maybe a little too polished and now starting to sound apathetic. Would love some advice.

Thanks all.
