What resume got you your offer?

Current rising sophomore looking to recruit next spring. With recruiting timelines being so early nowadays, I'm curious to hear what accomplishments people were able to put on their resume to get offers at competitive banks. I hear so many people saying that early internships are "useless" or "not impressive" but am confused on what else I can be doing to make myself stand out. I am not a diversity candidate so most of the freshman/sophomore BB programs won't really apply.

Appreciate any input!
